# ¿Cómo Inicio Sesión?

Para hacer envíos con iFLOW eCommerce, primero tenes que registrarte y obtener tus credenciales de acceso. Aquí te explicamos el proceso completo:

#### **Registrate en iFLOW:**

1. Si no tenés credenciales, ingresá a [registro.iflow21.com/register](https://registro.iflow21.com/register).
2. Completá tus datos en el formulario. Te explicamos el paso a paso a continuacion:
   * En **Nombre y Apellido** es recomendable que pongan el nombre de la marca, ya que figura en lo emails que se envian al consumidor final

* Estos **datos de dirección** recomendamos que sean los mismos donde se hará la colecta

* El **Código Postal** lo tienen que seleccionar de la lista desplegable que aparece cuando ponen el numero. Si no hacen esto da error al finalizar el registro.

* Recomendamos que el **Nombre de Usuario** sea de la marca ya que se envía en ciertas comunicaciones al cliente final.

* Un cartel nos dice si se creo correctamente el usuario o si hay algún error.

* Luego de registrarte, recibirás un **correo de confirmación**. No olvides revisar tu bandeja de spam si no lo encontrás en la bandeja de entrada. Dale clic al botón "Activar Cuenta" o copia el link en el navegador para **activar la cuenta**.

#### Iniciar Sesión:

1. **Accedé al Portal iFLOW:**

   * Una vez registrado, ingresá a [track.iflow21.com](https://track.iflow21.com) con tu nuevo usuario y contraseña.

2. **Aceptar Términos y Condiciones:**

   Al iniciar sesión por primera vez, se te pedirá que aceptes los Términos y Condiciones.

   1. Primero, lee detenidamente los Términos y Condiciones y marca la casilla que dice "He leído y acepto los términos y condiciones."
   2. Luego, en un segundo paso, haz clic en "Acepto los términos y condiciones" para continuar.

3. Dar aviso al área comercial para la asignación de la tarifa:&#x20;
   * Informar al area comercial de IFLOW (<ecommerce@iflow21.com>) que completaste el registro para que te asignen un plan de tarifa.

¡Ya estás listo para empezar a usar iFLOW eCommerce!
